Class Policy *

I have understood and agreed that all lessons are chargeable and non-refundable, non-replaceable. In the event that I am unable to attend any of the time slots allocated for the class during the week, I understand there is no replacement class. A non-obligatory recorded lesson may be provided to me upon request. Request of recording must be submitted 1 day prior to class.

Withdrawal Policy *

I have understood and agreed that I can withdraw from the tuition classes at any time and there is no refund for unused lessons.

No Refund Policy *

I have understood and agreed that strictly no refunds shall be offered under any circumstances. In the event if I choose to drop H2 Math and no longer require tuition classes, there is no refund of the remaining fees as well.

Communication Policy *

AO Studies has high expectations for our students to take ownership of their studies. I have understood and agreed that all communication on academic and admin matters including fee matters should be between me (student) and Mr. Lim. Parents or guardians should not communicate with the center on behalf of the students for all matters.

Billing Policy *

Our billing cycle is 12 lessons or 20 lessons. I have understood and agreed that all fees must be paid prior to class.

Online Class Rules *

In the event that you are unable to attend physically, you may request to attend the class via Zoom. You are required to informed Mr. Lim to request for Zoom link at least 1-2hrs prior to your class.

Lecture Recordings *

You required to inform Mr Lim at least 1 day before class if you need the class to be recorded. All recordings will be uploaded to our youtube channel. All videos are unlisted. You will be given a specific youtube link to watch the recording within 3 workings days after the class.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
AO Studies reserves the right to use/take any photographs/videos taken at any event/classes, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photographs/videos. We may use the photographs/videos in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by us including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media, etc.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason(s), including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered under any circumstances. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall not be refunded.

All lessons are chargeable and non-refundable, non-replaceable. In the event that the client is unable to attend any of the time slots allocated for the class during the week, there is no replacement class. A non-obligatory recorded lesson may be provided upon request.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to you or your possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by our employees or ourselves.
